CarbonLeap
Branding & Web design
CarbonLeap is a branding and web design project developed in collaboration with a sustainability-focused startup. My role centered on shaping a clear visual identity and designing a cohesive website system that communicates the brand’s values in an approachable, accessible way. Through logo refinement, typography, color systems, and web design, the project translates complex sustainability goals into a clean, legible digital presence that supports credibility, consistency, and audience trust.

Visual System & Language
The visual system combines structured layouts with organic references, using color, shape, and hierarchy to suggest both data intelligence and natural processes. The logo and supporting elements were designed to scale across digital platforms, presentations, and future brand touchpoints.
Typography and color choices were guided by legibility and restraint, allowing information to remain central while reinforcing a sense of credibility and clarity.
Context &
Design Focus
CarbonLeap operates at the intersection of sustainability, data, and emerging technology. The challenge was to create a brand identity that could feel forward-thinking without becoming abstract or impersonal.
My focus was on designing a system flexible enough to support future growth, while remaining clear and grounded in the company’s environmental mission.
Web Presence & direction
The homepage design translates the brand system into a digital experience, establishing tone, hierarchy, and narrative flow. Rather than fully defining the site, the homepage acts as a foundation, outlining how content, messaging, and interaction could evolve over time.
This approach frames the website as an entry point into the brand, supporting consistency and adaptability as the product and company grow.
Designing for growth
CarbonLeap was approached as a system designed to grow rather than a fixed visual outcome. The brand identity and homepage establish a clear foundation that can expand across future pages, products, and communication needs.
By focusing on clarity, flexibility, and coherence, the project reflects how early-stage brands can use design to support evolving goals while maintaining a consistent and credible presence.
